Hi, I'm Bulat. I help overwhelmed people learn new skills.
Our lives are a mess. We work hard and return home tired. Kids strive for our attention. And when they finally fall asleep, the only thing we want is to get some rest. Neither time nor energy is left to train new skills.
For a long time that was true for me. I read a lot, but did little. I would read a book, get inspired and start practicing. But then, after several weeks, I would find myself doing nothing. I just couldn’t stick to regular practice.
So I began researching ways to make learning less time-consuming but more effective. I studied behavioral psychology to find out how to make behavior less dependent on mood, fatigue, and fleeting desires.
And I found something. I quickly dropped 10 kg; got into daily meditation, exercising and writing; improved relationships with my wife and son. People began asking me to help them learn new skills and form healthy habits.
Now I want to share my experience with you. It's important to me that exhausted, overwhelmed, and even 'lazy' people could learn new skills and live better lives.
