IBPS have put cutt-off for allotment but no one know actually how many seat has filled up from the given vaccancy.
Secondly if a candidate with exact cut-off marks in written have no chance for allotment even if one score 70+ in interview then it has no value. Because a very very few candidate can have 80 to 90 marks in interview which is not in the hand of candidates because many have been failed by IBPS.
Thirdly whenever a new rule have to apply it should have to apply before taking exam not after.
Fourth IBPS should made decision before exam not after it create doubts.
What do u say . Is it transparent

Hi Bro,

From your post i can understand, that you dint get selected. I can understand your feelings and frustration. But be practical. I would like to give my answers for your questions. But this is completely my view. No means of offending or arguing with u or supporting ibps..

1. What is the use for ibps in not filling the full quota?. You can use the RTI facility to get the information regarding this.

2. Could you pleas be more clear abt this?. I cant understand, what u are trying to convey.

3. Three and four are similar.. u saying abt OBC certificate right, if my understanding is not wrong... The role of the community certificate comes into picture only in interview and not before it. for checking whether the info provided by u is correct only, they checking it at the time of interview. else they would be heavily criticized from banks.. So u have to understand the situation.. IBPS is having a great responsibility by deciding future of around 50000 candidates. So they will not be that much irresponsible as many think. The transparency of IBPS is far better than some other organizations.

It has to provide service in the best interest of Banks, aspirants and also by following Government norms. Please understand the situation from their side also.

All the best....

ibps experimented a bit this time with us for sure....but the difference between the OBC category final cutoff(36.2) and  GEN category cutoff(42.2) to me is just ruth less....because i got 81 marks and still i am in the waiting list ....but some of my BC friends eho got 64 marks also got good banks as a p.o....this is just unbelieavable....

I understand your feel, normally the difference will not be huge...But this time lot of people were rejected for obc certificate and the candidature was cancelled for all who submitted undertaking for obc which resulted in this huge decrease.

We can't help it...You are in the reserve list and you will get it .keep your cool

IBPS is one of the transparent organization & no other organization in India announces marks and declares the final result of the candidates as soon as IBPS. Just think that PO/Clerical exam conducted in Oct/Nov and final result in April. Now think

about SSC, UPSC.... how they will process & announce results? We have to think about this. So comparably, like IBPS there is no govt.organization in India.

So friends, If you didn't make through this 2013 recruitment, just try one more time, better chance is for you...& you will  make it for sure.

I agree with you. I think those people not in the reserved list should approach court for justice.

Friends I cleared in specialist office ii (Law officer scale ii) in the year 2013, from general category, Scored 57.5% but did not get allotment. But one of my friend in SC cateogry with 46% marks got the allotment and job. It is the governemt policy. IBPS can't do anything. IBPS is transparent. But I have not lost hope and this time in SO iii, 2014 exam cleared again with 50% marks and got the allotment this time. I have faith in IBPS. IBPS is the transparent and efficient among all the recruitment body in India. Have patience and have courage to face the failure because failures are the pillars of success. Criticising the IBPS or filing writ petition is not going to help anyone. Only you can help yourself. Have faith in yourself, study hard and keep all the documents upto date. success is yours
